Job Development

At Certified Rehabilitation Services, we pride ourselves on our job placement achievements. We offer assistance to individuals seeking employment in a variety of different ways including job lead searches, Job Board navigation and job site evaluations.

Employer Consultation

As part of the job development process, we provide confidential assistance and support in resolving situations that may arise in the workplace. Our goal is to make sure you feel comfortable and confident in your new job.

COUNSELING

At Certified Rehabilitation Services, we offer strictly confidential sessions that address specific areas of concern you might be facing. We also offer strong guidance and support throughout the job placement process.

Youth Services

Work Readiness and Youth Services are available to assist individuals to gain the skills needed to prepare for the job search. Small class activities focus on goal setting, communication, problem solving, employment applications and interview skills. One and two day seminars are offered throughout the year.
