At Certified Rehabilitation Services, we believe in providing comprehensive and ethical services to people with disabilities who are interested in pursuing their vocational goals.

 

Our Counseling Center

At the counseling center, we look forward to working with you to meet your vocational needs. Through a wide variety of services, we strive every day to help people, help themselves. The counseling center is located in Albany, New York, with office hours Mon. - Fri., 9AM - 5PM EDT.

Darlene FittizzI-Tanski, M.S., CRC

Darlene is a Board Certified Rehabilitation Counselor in private practice since 1991. She received her Master's Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from the State University of New York at Albany and also holds a Certificate of Advanced Study in Counseling.

Darlene has been providing services to individuals with disabilities for more than twenty-five years. She is an approved service provider for the New York State Adult Career Continuing Education Services - Vocational Rehabilitation Program (ACCES-VR), the Social Security Administration's Ticket to Work program and the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Workers’ Compensation.

Marty’s Success Story

Marty had been a self-employed contractor and carpenter. When a rare form of cancer led to Marty having his arm amputated, he turned to the Ticket to Work to help him find a way to return to the industry he was so passionate about.
